For the 4th of July, we got you some presents—some great new features and enhancements to Kickserv. Check them out:

Improved attachments

Our attachments received a major overhaul this week. Attachments now feature thumbnails (for image files and PDFs), and they can be viewed in a handy gallery without leaving the job page. This has been a highly requested feature from our users, so please let us know how you like it (or if you don’t).

Notes & history

In addition to separating out attachments, we’ve moved Notes and Job/Customer History into their own panels for readability.

Better contact summary

We improved the financial summary you see at the top of a customer’s page. We made the labels a little clearer and added some helpful tooltips to explain things in detail.

Self-service portal info

It’s now super easy to view and send portal login info to your customers. On their page, you can now see that customer’s login link (this is unique for each customer). You can also email the login info directly to the customer.
