It is the season to be thankful, and we are most thankful for your continued support of Kickserv. We hope you have a great holiday with friends and family to reflect on what you are thankful for too. Or at least eat lots of turkey and watch football before passing out on the couch.

So that the Kickserv team can enjoy the holiday too, our support desk will be closed for Thanksgiving from Thursday November 27th to Sunday November 30th. Our support team will monitor the system during this time for any unexpected issues and will be responding if critical. If you have an urgent matter that requires us to pause the football game and put down our holiday beverage, please indicate in your support ticket “urgent”.
