Wishing you a Happy Holidays

The last 6 months have been very busy for us, but that is no excuse for not keeping everyone in the loop. I am going to fire up my social media activities once again. It is my early new years resolution!

We have exciting news to share with everyone about next year. It will be a late Christmas present but well worth waiting for. We have spent the last 5 years helping service companies around the world run their operations with more efficiency and helping to increase their revenues. This has provided us the feedback necessary to gather the requirements for a new version of our software. As most of you know there have not been many improvements for quite sometime on our existing application. There was a reason for this. We have been building a new one! 2012 will be an exciting year for our customers as they will experience a new and improved application taking advantage of all the new technology.

If you are not a customer and have been wondering when I should sign up, now is the time to get in before the new version is released. All customers will get special benefits when upgrading to the new version. That is one of the benefits of the subscription model of software as a service. You have a low entry cost and get the benefits of new updates and releases without having to “Re-Buy” the software.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and that they spent Saturday buying from small businesses instead of the big box superstores. Enjoy the rest of your holidays!
