Kickserv CTO Attends 3rd Annual Ruby Conference
Kickserv CTO Attends Ruby Conference
Phil, our CTO, recently traveled down to Southern California for the 3rd annual Los Angeles Ruby Conference. For those of us who are not privy to computer programming talk, Ruby refers to the programming language that we use to create Kickserv. The conference is a blend of Ruby training and presentations from various speakers, and also brings together Ruby programmers with kids to teach them how to program. From Phil, “I volunteered my time to teach kids to program as part of the KidsRuby Project. There were approximately 10-15 kids of various ages in attendance, and everyone had an amazing time. I have been actively involved with KidsRuby since its inception, and it has been a very rewarding experience so far.”
Great work Phil!
