Kickserv supports latitude and longitude locations on the mobile application
When scheduling a job in Kickserv, you are required to enter a job site location so the technician knows where to go.
But, what if the job site is in an area where there is new construction? Oftentimes, Google doesn't recognize an address where there is new construction and when you enter the address on the map, there is no navigation available. You don't want to waste time telling your technical to turn right at the 2nd stop sign, then left at the big tree and drive 400 yards, etc. Wouldn't it be better to pinpoint the specific location so that they can get to the job site on time and not drive around wasting time and gasoline?
That's where Kickserv's latitude and longitude features comes in. Latitude and longitude are the two angles that define the precise location of a point on earth or the GPS coordinates.
You can enter the exact latitude and longitude of the job location and Kickserv's navigation will lead the technician to the correct job location. Every time.
Boat repairs at a boating dock on the water
The latitude and longitude feature is also very useful for the boating industry. We have customers that do boat repairs and the work location is a boat dock on the water and not a physical address. The latitude and longitude feature will lead the technician to the exact slip of the boat they are scheduled to work on.
Spend less time chasing job sites
Save time chasing down job locations by using latitude and longitude to locate specific job sites. This feature is most useful where there is new construction, locating a boat on a boating dock on the water and in rural areas where the maps on cell phones aren't up to date and the navigation is sending your techs on a wild goose chase.
Kickserv's latitude and longitude feature will lead your technician to the precise work location so that they can get the job done and move onto the next job without delay.
