We are happy to announce we have a new feature we just released where you can have an audit trail of who did what in your account. This feature is for Administrators of your account. if you do not see a user name by the record that means it was created by QuickBooks when syncing over information to Kickserv. Please provide feedback on this information so we can help make Kickserv Better for you.
