Enabling Accelerated Development of the Kickserv Product

We are very excited to announce that we have reached an agreement with ReachLocal for them to acquire Kickserv. ReachLocal is a leading global provider of online marketing services to local businesses. They offer a comprehensive suite of online marketing solutions, including search engine marketing, display advertising and remarketing, website development, and SEO, each targeted to the local business owner. ReachLocal is headquartered in Woodland Hills, California and operates in four regions: Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America and North America.

We have been in discussion with the company for several months and put a lot of time and thought into why this makes sense for Kickserv. The company is a terrific fit with Kickserv and shares the mutual goal of enabling local business owners to help scale their businesses. Becoming part of ReachLocal will enable Kickserv to accelerate the development of our solutions and further serve our clients’ needs. It will also enable Kickserv to deliver a full end to end solution, from booking new business to collecting invoices, that will not only help companies more successfully manage their businesses operations, but also provide a way to drive new leads and convert them into new customers. These additions are aligned with our overall strategy.
