Say hello to our new status page

To increase transparency and provide you with the most up-to-date information, we’ve introduced a new status page, which reports on Kickserv services (and some external ones like QuickBooks®). You can view the new status page by visiting http://status.kickserv.com or by clicking on the Status link at the bottom of this site.

We’ve also implemented a status indicator at the bottom of the Kickserv web app, so you can see, at a glance, if there are any open incidents or known issues we’re working on. Clicking the indicator will bring you to the status page for more detailed reporting.

We highly recommend subscribing to our status updates with your email address (at the top right of the status page). If any incidents occur, or if we have any upcoming scheduled maintenance, you’ll be notified via email.
