Kickserv Customer Center Improvement
We recently released a new feature that enables customers to approve their estimates online in the customer center. After the release our community notified us that their customers were having password issues that affected logging into their customer center. In response, we have updated our customer center with the ability for customers to now view their portal through a custom securely generated URL. This should ensure that customers can now seamlessly and securely view both their estimates and their invoices online.
Additionally, we have updated the email notifications to now include both the user that created the estimate as well as the account owner to ensure that estimates that have been won can be addressed in a timely manner. Thank you again for your quick feedback regarding our new estimate approval feature.
