Update Future Jobs

Our recurring jobs feature saves our customers a ton of time by creating repeating jobs automatically.

But one of the things this feature has lacked is the ability to bulk edit jobs in the recurrence.

Example: You create a weekly recurring job called “Weekly Landscaping Service” and mis-spell the work landscaping. Our system automatically creates the next 4 jobs which means you have to correct this mis-spelling in 4 places – yuck!

So we are proud to announce today that recurring jobs can now be updated in bulk!

The best part is it’s really easy – the edit screen of a job which is part of a recurrence now shows an additional button called “Update & apply changes to future jobs”.
