What plan should I use?

We have made that very easy for you. Just count how many employees you have and that is the plan you will get.

Do you offer any training?

Yes, we do offer a Bootcamp for $199. This is a popular service where we will do one on one training with you and your staff to expedite the adoption of Kickserv in your business. You get 2 hours of training over 2 sessions—one session at the start of your account and one session 60 days after your start. You will get the following:

  • A thorough walk through of how you run your business now so we understand your needs.
  • Up to 10 custom fields and 10 custom reports generated based on your needs.
  • Training for you and all of your staff on the best practices for your industry using our software. Help going through the company settings to set up customer types, job types etc.
  • Recorded digital copy of your training session for review afterwards.

Can I limit what an employee can do in the software?

Yes, you can set up permissions where a user can only view things assigned to them in the software all the way to being a full admin of the program. The only thing an admin can’t do is cancel and do a full export of the data in the software.

What about employees who won’t use Kickserv?

You can still assign work orders to them and notify them of opportunities, reminders, jobs or tasks via SMS texts and email through the software. You can even have a daily schedule emailed to them at the time of your choosing. One of the other added benefits is you can give them an iCal feed of all things assigned to them so they get their schedule on their smartphone calendar or their personal computer calendar like iCal for Mac or Outlook and Google.

Do you help with QB/Xero set up?

Anytime you integrate with a 3rd party software there are some set up and configuration steps that we both have to do. We will go through the sync with you and show you how to manage and debug any sync issues you might run into. Another thing we do on the set up is bring over up to 3 years of invoice history.

Is there a contract?

No, it is a month to month agreement that you can cancel at any time. We believe in earning your business each month.

When am I billed?

We charge you the full amount for your plan on the day you sign up. We’ll charge you again on the same day each month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan during the month?

If you change plans during the month you will not be billed until the following month with the new plan and there are no pro-rated credits.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

No. All sales are final.
